Our Mission
The Nantucket Garden Club promotes better knowledge and love of gardening, plants, flowers, and horticulture, contributes to the beauty of Nantucket, and supports conservation initiatives that protect the island’s fragile and historic environment.

The Annual Daffodil Show will be held in the greenhouses at Bartlett’s Farm April 24-26, 2026! American Daffodil Society Judges travel from as far away as Georgia, Maryland, New York, Connecticut, and New Hampshire to judge the entries.

A GCA Show, which features flower arrangements by members and local residents, horticulture entries as well as photography and education. Free and open to the public.

Community Contributions
Civic Improvements & Grants
awarded to charitable, civic and government groups that qualify as tax exempt for programs that benefit the public and contribute to the beauty of Nantucket.

Scholarships
awarded to Nantucket students who major in studies aligned with our mission such as landscape design, botany, ecology and environmental studies.

The Nantucket Garden Club enriches island life through dedicated beautification and preservation efforts across Nantucket. From the seasonal floral displays at the iconic Main Street Fountain to the careful stewardship of the historic Hadwen House gardens, our members cultivate beauty in cherished public spaces.
